I don't want to have to set up dual hard drives with both '10' and 'XP' if at all possible.. How may I run MS Picture It 2000 in Windows 10? I chose XP and had no problems I have 10 years invested with graphic work using Microsoft Picture It 10 Premium and have tried to pull up PNG files saved in that program to other graphic art programs and the PNG files pull up static--like a jpeg -- no layering, no ability to edit, etc.. If you make a mistake, those issues can be easily fixed in the Hyper-V Manager.. Even in Windows 7, these problems were beginning to show up with each new 'update'.. You will need an operating system to install on it -- such XP is on a DVD While Hyper-V loads, RAM memory requirements and hard disk space are judgements you'll need to supply -- given that you will be working with graphic files. 3
I've re-installed it several times with no improvement I ABSOLUTELY need this graphics program for my work.. MY old Windows 7 allowed 'run in' in all Windows compatibility modes from Vista to Windows 95.. From that time, it always prompted me to 'allow changes' and then opened in XP In Windows 10, it only offers other compatibility in 'XP' which SHOULD work..
